Photo Agreement
I give Myerstown Christian Fellowship permission to film or photograph my child.  I understand that their picture may be used in the church's recap and promo videos. The images may be posted in a private VBS group on Facebook.

Parent Agreement
In the case of unresolved behavioral issues, I understand that Myerstown Christian Fellowship has the right to remove my child from VBS for the safety and well-being of other students. I also give MCF permission to administer basic first aid to my child and to transport my child, if necessary, to receive medical treatment and release MCF from any liability associated with such assistance. I assume responsibility for all costs connected to any accident or treatment of my child.
